What is the effect of CliniClowns on the Children?

The effect of the CliniClowns at the sick and disabled children is different for everyone and it is depended on certain things.
For example: Age, sickness, presence parents or medical treatments.
CliniClowns make the children laugh so they are in control with there selves and they forget there disease.
Therefore, they get the attention of the CliniClowns.
CliniClowns do this in the hope that this will help the children to enjoy.
The Clowns would rather play for one child at a time.
That can not always.
If more children lie in one room, they play something that everyone like.
Parents and other visitors from the children may also be in action and may play with the Clowns.
Also a doctor who come in, can play with them.
The Clowns contrive nothing.
